Armenian Genocide - Map and Chart

  1. Examine the Map of The 1915 Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire. What can be found in the key of the map? Why are these things significant?

  2. Based on the chart of genocide statistics, what comparisons can be made to other genocides?

Most of the key map is showing and telling the direction/destination of the movements of the Armenians during the Genocide. The one of the few that is not connected with the rest is the most horrific, it tells of the concentration of the massacres and the deportations.

A large comparison between all the groups is that they all that all had some form of a past hatred for the group and sought to erase them from the world.

Hitler used the same methods of killing. The slaughtering took place all over that area. They all killed and massacured thousands of people for a pointless need that their crazy mind thought it was nessecary.
