The United Nations definition of Genocide, adopted after World War II on December 9, 1948, defines Genocide as:
...genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such:
a. Killing Members of the Group;
b. Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
c. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
d. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
e. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

yes the stories did. they killed many people and raped them. they starved them and treated them like crap
The personal experiences do fit in with the description but it doesn't tell of the physical destruction that is seen through a person's eyes.

The experiences definitely fit the UN definition of Genocide. For example, anyone who was either weak or dying was taken away. Several prisoners were raped and kiled. Everyone was basically treated as if they weren't even human. The conditions were just absolutely awful.
